Do you know if Java is installed?

If you answer NO, you may install the latest Java^TM Runtime Environment.

If you answer YES, do you know the version?

If you don't know the version, you can just re-install it using the latest Java^TM Runtime Environment.

If you know the version and it is less than 6, you may upgrade to the latest Java^TM Runtime Environment.

If you know the version and it is equal or greater than 6, you may need to enable Java through your web browser.

In addition, make sure Java content in the browser is enabled through the Java Control Panel.
